Mobile Support Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, both written and oral. As part of a growing team, the candidate must have an understanding of computers, internet use and email. Confidence and a 'can do' attitude are essential ingredients. You will be fully supported with ongoing training and a knowledgeable management team.

Role overview 

  • Providing exceptional support and service to our clients
  • Provisioning and managing orders using our internal systems as required
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers to resolve issues, providing regular, proactive updates
  • Customer service and support duties
  • Lost & Stolen bar requests
  • Sim activations and queries
  • Handle Network related support queries
  • Handle incoming calls from our clients as required
  • Investigation into root cause of recurrent provisioning issues
  • Provide technical advice to clients and internal staff
  • To be the first point of contact for complaints and escalations within the team and for our clients
  • Investigate order rejections and issues using problem solving
  • Schedule and action all tasks to completion within specified timescales
  • Ensure all systems are kept fully updated for each action and point of customer contact
  • Taking Tier 1 advanced calls to provide extra service for a Tiered Clientele which would range from device ordering, Network unlock code requests, IMEI resolutions, Signal support etc.

Required skills

  • Telecoms experience would be beneficial, Mobile, Voice or Data related would be preferred
  • Good IT skills/knowledge

Telesales Executive

Role overview

As a telesales executive you will be lead generating for ICT opportunities, booking appointments for the sales team and booking attendees for events run by the company. You will have daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and have the ability to earn commission. You will work alongside and gain experience from the current telesales team and work closely with the sales team.

Required skills

Knowledge of IT and Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be an advantage. Telesales experience preferred but not essential for the right candidate. Hardworking and enthusiastic. Willingness to learn and develop. Target driven. Ambitious.

Package

Permanent. Exeter-based. Basic salary + uncapped commission OTE circa £25k. 20 days holiday + bank holidays, rising to 25 days after 2 years employment.


IT Sales Consultant

Role overview

Acquire new clients through consultative selling of our full IT portfolio. Maximise sales opportunities and develop relationships with new customers via meetings, calls and emails. Create your own leads, qualify hot leads created by telesales and use Microsoft Dynamics CRM throughout the selling process. Write comprehensive business proposals and present them to the customer. Work closely with the technical department to ensure the best IT solution.
